This Privacy Policy describes how TrainerOS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites and mobile applications (the "Service").

• Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when signing up
• Fitness and health data: workouts, check-ins, progress photos, body measurements, and nutrition information you or your coach enter into the Service
• Messages: communications between you and your coach or clients within the Service, including voice messages and attachments
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers
• Usage and device data: device information, app version, crash reports, push notification tokens, and analytics about how you use the Service

• To provide and operate the Service
• To enable communication between coaches and clients
• To process payments and subscriptions
• To send service-related notifications
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• With your coach or clients: data you enter is visible to the coach or clients you work with, as part of the coaching relationship
• Service providers that process data on our behalf:
  • Neon — database hosting (account, fitness, and messaging data)
  • Ably — realtime message delivery between you and your coach
  • Stripe — payment and subscription processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • PostHog — product analytics and usage measurement
  • Sentry — error and crash monitoring
  • Expo — app builds, over-the-air updates, and push notification delivery
  • Vercel — web application hosting
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights and users

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@traineros.fit. We will confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
