Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrainerOS (the "Service"), including our websites and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

TrainerOS is a coaching platform that enables fitness professionals ("Coaches") to manage clients, deliver workout and nutrition programs, communicate with clients, and process payments. Clients use the Service to receive coaching, track progress, and communicate with their Coach.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

TrainerOS is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Workout programs, nutrition guidance, and other content provided through the Service — whether by Coaches or automated features — are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You use the Service at your own risk.

Payments between Clients and Coaches, and subscription fees for the Service, are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (including messages, photos, and training data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service without permission

Coaches are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of TrainerOS. TrainerOS is not responsible for the advice, programs, or services provided by Coaches, or for disputes between Coaches and Clients.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@traineros.fit.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
